Fancy That!

I've been looking for a really good oatmeal cookie recipe. It should taste very chewy and thin. I've tried the recipe on the oatmeal container and one in the Martha Stewart Baking handbook. They were both very bulky and almost tough. Any suggestions? The very best oatmeal cookie I have ever had was made by my old boss, Karen Romine. I asked her for the recipe, and she didn't have it. So I'm on a hunt!! Do you have the recipe I need? Please share!
